VirtuProse provides digital services that may include website design and development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, AI automation, WhatsApp automation, analytics setup, content support, and related consulting.

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, revisions, ownership terms, support, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement between you and VirtuProse.

We work to provide professional digital strategy, implementation, and support. However, we do not guarantee sales, revenue, customer acquisition, search rankings, advertising approval, platform approval, or any specific commercial result.

Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, follow-up speed, reviews, operational capacity, third-party platforms, and customer behavior.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, media, account access, brand assets, legal notices, and any required platform permissions needed for the project.

You must not use our website or services for unlawful activity, spam, misleading advertising, unauthorized data collection, harmful automation, platform abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

Our work may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment providers, email providers, Meta products, Google products, WhatsApp Business tools, CRMs, APIs, and other software platforms.

Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API changes, rejected approvals, pricing changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VirtuProse retains ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how, reusable code, processes, templates, design systems, internal methods, and non-client-specific materials.

Client-specific final deliverables are handled according to the applicable proposal or agreement. You must not copy, resell, or misuse our website content, designs, code, or materials without permission.

Fees, payment schedules, refund terms, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Work may pause if required information, approvals, access, or payments are delayed.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate, timeline, or approval before work continues.

You are responsible for making sure any customer data, lead data, or third-party platform data you provide to us is collected and shared lawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtuProse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
