User Data Deletion

This page may be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for a Meta Developer App. It gives users a clear way to request deletion of data that VirtuProse may hold through website inquiries, consultations, service delivery, or approved integrations with Meta products.

If our app or service uses an automated Meta data deletion callback in the future, that callback may be handled separately at a technical endpoint. This page remains the public instructions page for users and reviewers.

Send an email to info@virtuprose.com with the subject line Meta User Data Deletion Request.

Please include, where applicable:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number used with VirtuProse.
• The Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or business page/account connected to the request.
• A short description of the data or integration you want deleted.
• Any information that helps us verify the request belongs to you or your business.

You may also remove app access directly from your Meta account settings where available. For Facebook, this is usually found in Settings under Apps and Websites. After removing the app, you can still email us using the instructions above to request deletion of data we may hold.

Meta account settings are managed by Meta, so exact menu names may change over time.

We will review the request, verify it where needed, and delete or anonymize applicable personal data from our active systems where legally and technically possible.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days where possible. Some requests may take longer if verification, platform processing, backups, security, legal obligations, tax records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or contractual records are involved.
